How to Use

Blooming the Whisk
Before first use, soak the bamboo tines in water at around 80°C for 2 minutes to soften the bamboo and gently unfurl the curled prongs.

Making Matcha
Sift matcha into your bowl and add water at around 80°C. Whisk briskly in a W or zigzag motion for around 15 seconds until smooth and lightly foamy.

Care

Rinse with water after use. Do not use soap or a dishwasher. Air dry fully.

Use a whisk holder if available to help preserve its shape.
