How to Use

Sift 1–2g matcha into your bowl. Add 40ml hot water (80°C). Whisk briskly in a W or zigzag motion for 15 seconds until frothy. Lift slowly to pull the foam to the surface. 

For best results, pre-soak the whisk in warm water for 1–2 minutes before first use.

Care

Rinse with water after use. Do not use soap or a dishwasher. Air dry fully.

Use a whisk holder if available to help preserve its shape.
