Processing Time

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed over weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Fast, Tracked UK Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. Orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by bank holidays or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £20.

For orders under £20, the delivery cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside our direct control and may occasionally be affected by delays within their network.

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at info@shinmatchaclub.com with your order number.
