Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you purchase a subscription product from SHIN Matcha Club, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your customer account
- Manage your subscription settings
- Select “Cancel subscription”
Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
