Refund policy
At SHIN Matcha Club, we take pride in providing high-quality ceremonial matcha. Because matcha is a food product, we apply strict hygiene standards.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of matcha, we do not accept returns on opened products.
We will accept returns only if:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The return request is made within 14 days of the purchase date
- The product is returned in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened matcha products
- Gift cards
- Products purchased during promotional clearance sales
